Quotations

Quotes are based on the survey and the details you provide. Changes to volume, access or dates may change the price, which we confirm in writing before work starts.

Bookings and changes

A booking is confirmed once you accept the quote in writing. Please give as much notice as possible if your date changes.

Your responsibilities

Please arrange building access, declare high-value and fragile items, and keep cash, jewellery, documents and medication with you.

Cover and claims

Transit cover is available on request and its terms are set out with your quote. Report any loss or damage in writing as soon as possible after delivery.

Privacy

We use the details you send us only to quote for and deliver your move, and do not sell them to third parties.
